1. Spam Filter Sensitivity: In 2023, we made a pivotal decision to test and optimize our phone number hygiene to mitigate the negative impact of spam filters from our call systems. This bold move had a remarkable impact on our connection rates. By refreshing and rethinking this, we’ve substantially increased our ability to reach debtors directly, ensuring that your messages are delivered without any unnecessary disruptions.
2. Increased Call Quality & Connection Rate: Communication is key, and we’ve taken this to heart. This year, we’ve significantly increased call quality made on behalf of our clients. Higher quality means more connections and opportunities to engage with debtors and work toward resolving outstanding payments promptly.
3. Dynamic Calling: To further optimize our call strategy, we’ve implemented dynamic calling. This innovative approach involves identifying when our system needs to place more calls to keep our staff busy talking to the consumers.  Dynamic calling ensures that our efforts are maximized and focused to yield positive results.

These enhancements in our collection call strategy underscore our commitment to leveraging technology and data-driven insights to improve the effectiveness of our debt collection services. By making these and other changes, we’ve positioned ourselves to better connect with debtors, increase engagement, and ultimately enhance the chances of recovering outstanding debts.
